The Southern Knights Cruisers through their Adopt A Cop Program teamed up with the Chesterfield County Police Officers and served a Waffle Breakfast on December 2, 2006, from 8-11 AM to benefit the Chesterfield County Police Foundation. O'Charley's of Chester, Virginia, not only sponsored and paid all the expenses, but also did all the cooking. The members of the Southern Knights Cruisers, the Chesterfield County Police Officers and other law enforcement personnel and their families took orders, served and bused tables. Those attending were classic vehicle and motorcycle owners, local residents, and law enforcement and their families. They came from Richmond, Dinwiddie, Henrico, Colonial Heights, Petersburg and Prince George. The breakfast consisted of an extra large waffle, sausage, bacon, orange juice, coffee, tea, or soft drink. All this for only a $5.00 donation per person to the Chesterfield County Police Foundation.

The Southern Knights Cruisers and the Police Officers and other Law Enforcement personnel worked steadily to keep up with the crowd that came to support this important event. O'Charley's Restaurant sponsored this event and furnished all the food with their experienced cooks making waffles and cooked sausage and bacon that were cooked just right. All the money was collected in cash or by a check written to the Chesterfield Police Foundation. By 11:00 PM, this event was declared a huge first time success raising $1787.01.
